Why are your charms cheaper than large corporate retailers?
First, the designs we have are our very own and so we don't pay licensing or other extra fees for design. Second, we don't believe in branding. We feel that branding only dilutes the true value of charms; that is, for your personal expression. By eliminating branding, we eliminate much of the marketing expenses and therefore don't pass on these fees to you. Finally, if we look at silver prices in the past 5 years, they have actually decreased 60% in price while many corporate retailers have been steadily increasing their prices. It just doesn't make sense to us.
How long will it take until I get my order?
The average delivery takes 2-3 weeks to reduce your shipping costs.
Who is shipping my charms and how safe is it?
Like many artists, we send our designs to Asia and store them there until needed. Thus, the product will be shipped from our centralized hub in Asia where it will be transferred to your local postal service for safe delivery to your doorstep. This allows us to give you quality charms at a fraction of retail prices.
How will I track my order?
A tracking code is provided that you can input on our "Track My Order" page to see where your products are.
I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
Please immediately contact us with the correct address 2 hours after ordering and we will try our best to correct the error. Unfortunately, we are charged shipping fees immediately, and so often, we are unable to recover this cost for you.
Someone told me you are giving away free charms, is this true?
Absolutely! As a small collaborative, we rely on word of mouth to get our work to you. As such, we are offering this unique promotion to find loyal patrons that will support us for years to come.
How safe is my personal credit card information?
By partnering with Shopify Payments, we can offer you the safest payment system available. Shopify is the top Canadian based company in e-commerce and is PCI compliant so you can rest assured that your information is safe. They will securely handle your personal financial information; our collaborative will at no point have access to your credit card information.
Help! My charm is turning black, what should I do?
If you remember from chemistry class, when silver is exposed to air, a reaction occurs to cause it to lose its luster. But don't worry! You can return your piece of art back to its original shine using a salt solution and your every day aluminum foil. This combination allows the silver to return to its original form and remove the brown/black discoloration. We also recommend purchasing a silver polish cloth for daily maintenance of any silver jewellery you own. For more severe tarnishing, there are cleaning products available online, but please read the precautions before using on your ______ jewellery as they may damage the silver and/or precious stones.
